Modern Slavery Act 2015
Introduction
As required by the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Section 54(1), you can read in this section about PDAgroup's policy to ensure that all forms of modern slavery, exploitation, and trafficking are not part of our corporate structure and supply chain. We naturally expect the same demands we make on ourselves from our business partners, customers, and dealers.
Our corporate structure
PDAgroup is a spin-off from MCI, the Entrepreneurial School. It was founded by two professors, Dietmar Kilian & Peter Mirski, along with a group of experienced consultants and young, dynamic talents. Always at the cutting edge of science, business, and technology, we support companies from a wide range of industries in the training and further education of their employees as well as the development and implementation of their digital strategies, especially in sales.
Recruiting & Personnel
We at PDAgroup see people as the most important resource. Therefore, it goes without saying that we comply with all legal regulations regarding the recruitment process (minimum wage, immigration requirements, etc.). Besides, we also pay attention to a harmonious working relationship and several times a year we hold meetings with all our employees* in order to improve their work environment continually.
Our supply chain
Since PDAgroup is a pure service company; there is only one very manageable supply chain. Nevertheless, we make sure that all dealers who supply us with office supplies comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Business partners and customers are also expected to abide by the guidelines of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Rules of conduct and guidelines
All PDAgroup employees are taught our values regarding interaction with other people. It is important to us that there is a friendly but also professional behavior among our employees. These guidelines are also followed when dealing with customers, business partners, and other players in our corporate structures. The aim is always to act in an ethically exemplary manner and with full integrity.
Information for employees
Information regarding the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all other issues concerning human trafficking and modern slavery are always available to our employees.
